Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or the "Company"), the developer of anti microbial hygiene technologies, is pleased to provide a trading update for the year to 31 March 2012, in advance of its annual results which are scheduled to be announced in June.
It has been reported to the company that certain shareholders have been contacted by telephone by a firm inviting them to enter into a potential share offer.
Byotrol is delighted to announce that it has signed a potentially multi-million pound contract with Rentokil Initial. The four year contract covers multiple countries and a range of products.
